Linguine with clams

Ingredienti:

  • 350g of spaghetti or linguine
  • 500g of fresh clams
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
  • Red chili pepper, to taste (depending on preference)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 glass of dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Istruzioni:

  1. Preparation of the clams: Thoroughly clean the clams under running water. Place them in a bowl with salted water for at least 1 hour, so they release any sand residue. Drain and rinse again.
